The main goal of the Baltic Sea Game Incubation “Autumn Academy” is to organise an international bootcamp combining intensive mentoring and a peer supporting environment to help the participating companies in overcoming production and business-related bottlenecks and reach wider audiences with their games.

We are aiming for customised sessions for each attending company with one-on-one sparring and mentoring available covering key topics for the company, game and / or process management, and then helping the team improve these according to their own specific needs. Peer support and networking with other teams is also one important aspect of the event.

Additionally, participating incubators will have the opportunity to discuss cross-border incubation topics for mapping and alignment of the processes of each incubator.
